A Professional Commercial Background
Radio-controlled platforms have been the backbone of my technical path since I was 13 years old. Far more than a simple hobby, it evolved into a formal professional venture: I worked in a full-scale brick-and-mortar RC hobby shop for 4 years. This immersive commercial and engineering role provided me with cross-disciplinary mastery of all propulsion plants (electric brushless systems, nitromethane, and gas engines), RF telemetry links, and complex structural dynamics.
The Mechanics of Fine-Tuning and Setup
My core strength lies in tracking and optimizing airframes and chassis geometries. Accurate piloting is impossible without precision adjustments. I execute a systematic approach across these critical parameters:
- Balance & Rigging: Exact calculations of Center of Gravity (CG), fine-tuning angle of attack, down-thrust lines, and right-thrust offsets to mitigate propeller torque anomalies.
- Control Line Kinematics: Eliminating all mechanical play (zero slop) across linkages, designing ball-link throws, and programming complex transmitter curves (dual rates, exponentials, custom logical mixes).
- Maiden Protocols: Methodical test flight and drive tracking to assess real-time tracking behavior and perform incremental structural corrections.
Multi-Domain Flight & Surface Mastery
My building and piloting skills cover a vast array of technical divisions:
- Aviation: Strict F3A academic pattern flying, complex aerobatics, loose 3D freestyle execution on the edge of stalls, and thermal/slope soaring gliders.
- FPV & Imaging: High-precision first-person-view (FPV) operations on both multirotors and fixed-wing crafts, with field experience executing imaging missions for large commercial events.
- Surface Craft: Advanced RC Sailboats tuning (sail-trim rigging, fluid drift optimization) and high-performance Nitro/Electric RC Cars suspension geometry setups.
